On April 27, 2008 at approximately 1:00 pm a home invasion robbery occurred at 3284 Kellogg Creek Rd. in Cherokee County.
The victim, a seventy nine year old man was beaten and robbed after two suspects kicked in his door. The suspects were seen running from the victim’s home in the direction of Old Alabama Road. The suspects were described as two white males between the ages of 17-22 wearing black pants and black shirts; one subject was wearing some type of hat. The suspects were spotted getting into a mid nineties white Jeep Grand Cherokee four door in the vicinity of Kellogg Creek Rd. and New Hope Rd. The vehicle turned onto New Hope Rd heading toward Bartow County.
