Detectives with the Cherokee Sheriff’s Office Violent Crime Division have secured arrest warrants for two suspects involved in the robbery of a 79 year old man last month on Kellogg Creek Rd.
On April 27, 2008 the elderly victim opened the door of his home after hearing a knock and two white males entered the home, attacked the man, and fled the scene after stealing the victim’s wallet.
Aaron Potokar, 37 years old of Woodstock, and Timothy Lance, 37 years old of Acworth, are both wanted for Robbery of a Person over 65 years of age, Aggravated Assault of a Person over 65 years of age, and Burglary. Potokar is currently being held in the Bartow County Jail on unrelated charges and Lance is currently being held in the Clayton County jail on unrelated charges.
