Diamond Productions and Moon-Shine Entertainment Present the 2008 Eco Music Festival in Dawsonville this weekend, May 23 - 25, 2008. One hundred bands will be 'rockin' in the mountain' and all are invited to attend.
The Eco Music Festival is a 3-day event that will take place in North Georgia in a pristine setting, on the head waters of the Amicalola River, just West of Amicalola Falls State Park. The annual event will be hosted at the Amicalola Deer Park Sanctuary & Animal refuge.
All are invited to come and camp out and learn about the environment by way of RainbowNation.org and The Amicalola Deer Park. Monies will also be raised for the Friends of Scozz Fund via the collection of used cell phones, ink jets, DVD's, laptops, MP3 players, video game consoles, digital cameras and more.
The goal of the Eco-Music-Fest is to move closer to becoming totally 'green' and elevate environmental awareness to the local and outward communities of North Georgia. This awareness will be accomplished by means of the event's Music, Art & Celebration.
