Base Camp Combo-
Grilled chicken breast and a half rack of our tantalizing baby back ribs, both basted in our home-brewed barbecue sauce.

The Game Warden-
Savory, farm raised fresh venison kabobs, expertly seasoned and flamed-grilled on skewers with seasonal vegetables.

Cheyenne Chicken-
Two skin on free-range chicken breasts marinated with rich flavors of stout, brown sugar, served over a bed of rice and topped with sautéed portabella mushrooms, peppers and onions.
