The Frogz, an Atlanta-based five-piece band with local roots, is playing this Saturday night, November 19th, from 9:30 p.m. till 1:30 a.m., at Tavern on the Bridge, 9775 Medlock Bridge Road in Duluth. The Frogz play a variety of music from the past to present with a song list emphasizing "dancing and good times." Mark Andrews, lead vocalist and guitarist, is a Forsyth County resident and has resided in Cumming for almost 10 years.
The group's varied song list of Classic Rock, Dance Rock, R&B, Pop and Funk covers a spectrum that is sure to please every crowd. Some of the songs you might hear at a Frogz gig include Fins (Jimmy Buffett), Desperado (Eagles), 83 (John Mayer), At Last (Etta James), Better Now (Collective Soul), Breathe (Faith Hill), Kryptonite (Three Doors Down) and Brick House (Commodores)...to name just a few. Classic Beatles tunes and songs by Shania Twain and Maroon 5 are also part of The Frogz' song list as well.
The Frogz have been together for more than eight years, playing private parties, wedding events and clubs throughout the Southeast.
