Grilling Tip #4
General Grilling Tips
1. Trim visible fats from meats.
2. Marinate foods in the refrigerator.
3. If you would like to use a marinade as a sauce, be sure to boil it for at least 1 minutes before serving it.
4. Always use a clean plate to serve grilled foods, not the plate you used to carry the meat to the grill. (paper plates are awesome)
5. To help retain juice, turn meat with tongs rather than piercing it with a fork.
6. For moist, juicy meats, let them rest 5 minutes or so after removing them form the grill.
