Donna Lowry, from 11 Alive News, and Crystal Ledford from the Forsyth County News will be at one of the Aberdeen Brent Knoll Lane Middle School bus stops on Wednesday morning, May 11th, from 7:20 - 7:50 a.m. Both Lowry and Ledford will be accompanied by camera crews to discuss with parents the County's new school time changes that are to go into effect for the 2005-2006 school year.
These start and end time changes, recently announced by the Forsyth County School Board, are posted at www.forsyth.k12.ga.us on the transportation page, where details of the changes are provided in a Power Point presentation.
A group of concerned parents, including Michelle Bailey Webster -- who were instrumental in organizing this "bus stop" media event -- welcome everyone to join them tomorrow morning between 7:20 and 7:50. Crystal Ledford, reporter with the Forsyth County News, has requested that people bring signs with them, expressing their feelings regarding the new Forsyth County school schedule changes.
For more information on tomorrow's "bus stop meeting," please e-mail Michelle Bailey Webster at webster6@bellsouth.net.
