2,529 Forsyth Residents are Looking for Work

According to the figures recently released by the Georgia dept of labor, 2,529 Forsyth County residents over the age of 16 are currently jobless. Sound like a big number? Actually, this equates to 3.6% of the overall workforce, which is 2nd lowest in the State of Georgia. Only Oconee County has a lower jobless rate. Forsyth County is lowest among all metro Atlanta counties, and beats the Atlanta metro area by a full 2%. No wonder GA 400 is so crowded!
