Lantern Walk a new community in Ball Ground with two-story toenhomes and Craftsmanstyle ranch homes, hosted a highly successful grand opening and ribbion-cutting ceremony. Nearly 500 people attended the event. Guest included Ball Ground Mayor Rick Roberts, Cherokee County Board of Commissioners member Mike Vyrd and local developer Dean Myers.

The community’s developers, Steve and Renee’ McKenzie of TIH Homes along with Jeff Kates and Kirk Tukua of Applegate Developments, LLC and Scott McKenzie were also on hand to show people the community and the professionally decorated model homes.

The community features townhomes and two-story traditional homes. The two-story homes will include basements, drive under garage, media room and an optional elevator plan. Lantern Walk also has an attractive park and playground for residents to enjoy.

Lantern Walk is exclusively marketed by Prudential Georgia Realty, under the direct supervision of Kaylin Pound and Steve Allen. Agents on the project are Christel Cramer, Teri Thaxton and KC Maness.
