Towne Lake Team Named #1

The Monroe Team, based out of Prudential Georgia Realty’s Towne Lake office in Cherokee County, was recently honored as the number one overall agents for the company for 2007 sales, out of a nearly 1,500-agent company roster. The husband-wife team of John and Linda Monroe had a gross sales volume of nearly $26 million. To put their outstanding sales performance in perspective, the Monroe Team averaged $1 million in real estate sales every two weeks in 2007.
